Lima, Peru.

Dear Friends:

March 2006 was the beginning of a new non-profit project in Latin America. Our vision is to improve the life of the poor & homeless children living in Lima, Peru. We want to provide them a shelter facility where they can grow up in a christian environment and learn practical working skills for their future.

This project began some years ago when we visited a small christian church called "Iglesia Evangelica Apostólica en Avance" located at La Victoria City, one of the most dangerous place in Lima. Walking around the surroundings, it inmediately took our attention the lifes of streets children living without any shelter or protection and exposed to drugs and many are sexually abuse every day.

The streets kids has been our motivation to start a Children's Home project in Lima. "Little Seed of Love" or "Semillita de Amor" we want to transform their lives giving them future and hope for tomorrow. Through sponsorship and donations we will make it possible for them to break out their poverty and give them a sense of purpose on their lives.

In this long term project, we want to develop a "street's kids programme" that involves some basic education, christian foundation and workshops to prepare these kids for the future. We also have in mind to establish a children's home in the outskirts of Lima so we can provide them shelter, food and education.

In the meantime, we´ve a partnership with a local church in the area called"Iglesia Evangelica Apostolica en Avance". They are giving us the church facility for our meetings (they´re also very enthusiastic collaborators on this project). The church building is located at the heart of La Victoria City, every Saturday we gather street´s children and we provided a delicious breakfast and we share some christian teachings.

Also, we have are in partnership with Partners in Ministry (PIM) which is lead by the founder of The East African Missionary Society and a respectable General Practicioner Doctor Liam Chapman.

Finally, as you can imagine, it's a great blessing to assist those in need and a great challenge to accomplish the proyect . I firmly believe that every effort will help to change their lives and will inspire you to support our programmes.

Thank you for your kindly time and support.
