Lima is the capital which has grown with so many suburbs since the last 15 years , where so many people have left their own lands seeking for a secure place due to terrorism of the Maoist group "shinning path" which have killed several thousand of innocent people .

The situation of many families who has arrived in the capital to find a place where to live has created several shanty towns that do not have any electricity or water and the people have been forced has been to survive in an unknown city.
Our focus is on the street children who are living without protection and those who are involved with drugs using toxic substances.
Our target is one of the poorest towns in the Victoria district where is one of the dangerous area and many street children live in groups fighting and stealing to survive. The local government has an orphanage in central Lima but is too small for such a big need.
Our response for this need is to create an orphanage centre outside Lima where the children can find a refuge and a place where they can integrate into the community. Our responsibility is to protect and care for then, providing the facilities for their education and work.
We propose to establish our orphanage centre in Huaral town one and half hours from Lima. This place is extremely rich for the land and we have contacted people who have shown interest to sell their land. It has a large variety of fruits especially oranges, potatoes, cotton etc.
The vision for this project is to provide for the children a home where they can be raised and develop practical skills in agriculture.

The prices for the land depending on the location, and the area where we will like to use for our proyect will require three hectares with a possibility to grow and acquire more land.
We believe that this children's home project can generate finances itself in the future to provide for the needs of the orphanage. With regards to the human resources we have voluntary christian people who are willing to support the children and look after them.
